Acorn Dairy are looking for their next new team members.
Three New Positions to start end May/ early June.


Join our growing company. All roles require good mental maths, a full driving licence and polite, approachable personality.
All roles are very active and involve heavy lifting.


***Doorstep Delivery Person ***
Salary £15,000 +bonus
Four days/ wk. (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday , including Bank Holidays for which a £35 bonus is paid.)
Delivering milk and other products to doorstep and business customers in the rural villages to the west of Darlington.
Starting 7am- and finishing when job completed- circa 3pm
Heavy lifting involved.
Experience of driving transit type vehicles an advantage.
This is an active and physical role.
Full training given.
Holiday: 23 days/yr
Option of additional Saturday work available if desired.


***Part Time Wholesale Delivery Person***
To join our team providing cover for wholesale daytime delivery routes.
Delivering milk and other goods to wholesale and business customers across Durham, Yorkshire and Tyne& Wear regions.
A monthly schedule will be provided, working mutually agreed dates – approx 2 days /week, more in school holiday periods.
£7.83/ hr.
Full training given. Experience of driving transit type vehicles an advantage.


***Yard Person***
Salary £17,350 +bonus
Mon- Fri (with approx. 6x Saturdays p/a providing holiday cover- paid additionally.)
Working 8am – 5.30pm (with lunch break taken around tasks)
Holiday: 28 days/yr
A very varied role including attending to customer collections, deliveries, minor vehicle maintenance, fridge management and grounds keeping.
This person will be provide cover for some regional wholesale delivery routes.
Full training given.
