CALF NAMING COMPETITION

OPEN WEEKEND 2007 2
15th & 16th September 2007

A lovely weekend. We were delighted so many customers and their families could come and visit us- the windy weather not keeping people inside.

Rounding up the herd for milking was a clear highlight and the herdsman was very grateful to all helpers.

We received lots of lovely photos taken by customers over the weekend - really capturing the spirit of the event… customers enjoying the farm, getting close to the herd and seeing where and how the milk on their doorsteps is produced.

The family and farm staff also get an enormous feeling of satisfaction meeting customers who enjoy the end product!

Mike Bridgen (Darlington & Stockton Times) kindly took on the difficult job of picking out a winner...
